TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Powder material, with cement, lime, stone sand of the selected granulometry, synthetic resins and special additives. – It is characterized by an excellent workability. - High mechanical resistance - No vertical slip - Ability to stick to walls and ceilings APPLICATION FIELD It is used as a base mortar to plaster all types of supports, such as: brick or block walls, etc. The product is applied through a machine. or wrist. During the application of the product, the temperature of the support and the environment should be from +5°C to +35°C. PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT The support where the material will be applied must be dry, clean, uniform, absorbent and stable. There should be no external residues such as: oils, varnishes, diesel, etc. In the support where the material will be applied, there should be no phenomena such as fluorescence. MIX PREPARATION Mix 25 kg of powder filler mortar with 6.5 – 7 liters of water using an electric or hand mixer until a mixture suitable for the required application is obtained. You can also work with a pump. RF 10 HOW TO APPLY THE PRODUCT The product is applied manually, with a trowel or mechanically with a pump. When the product is applied with a pump, you should pay attention to the consistency of the processing. Do not add materials other than latex. In case of longer pauses, the mixer must be left empty and cleaned. Fresh mortar must be processed within 2 hours. Protect bricks and mortar (especially during downtime) from rain. In case of high temperatures, it is good to water the mortar just before it dries, so that it does not lose water. Latex reinforcement To improve adhesion, water resistance, plasticity, flexibility, mechanical resistance, etc., mortar can be reinforced with Latex additives. The mixing ratio is 1: 5 in water.
