Powder material, with cement, hydrated lime, carbonate sand with selected granulometry, synthetic resins and special additives. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS – It is characterized by an excellent opening and workability, which facilitates the application on internal and external surfaces that are filled with traditional plaster and pre-prepared plaster as well. - It is applied up to a thickness of 3 mm. FIELD OF APPLICATION It is suitable for finishes on surfaces filled with traditional or pre-prepared mortar based on cement or lime. It can be covered with paint or other coatings of mineral and synthetic nature. IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Do not add other ingredients, such as cement, lime, etc. to the given product. - Do not apply on pre-painted surfaces. - Do not apply on plastic surfaces or clothing. - Do not apply on surfaces with unevenness greater than 3 mm. - Do not add water after the mixture has been prepared. – Must be applied at temperatures from +5°C to +35°C. - Do not apply in areas where there is ceramic coating. – Do not apply on plaster-based surfaces. – Do not apply on easily breakable or destructible surfaces. PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT The surface or support where the grout will be applied must be level and stable. Surfaces thicker than 3 mm must be leveled before applying the product. METHOD OF PREPARING THE MIXTURE Pour 7.5 - 8 liters of water and 25 kg of BONFIN into a container. Mix with an electric mixer at low speed until the mixture becomes homogeneous. To stimulate the properties of the mixture and to have a better result, it is recommended to let the mixture settle for about 10 minutes and mix again before use. RF 200 METHOD OF PRODUCT APPLICATION The material must be spread through a metal trowel, thus ensuring a uniform layer over the entire surface. The second layer of the material must be applied 30 minutes after the application of the first layer. After proper drying is achieved, for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 23°C the surface should be rubbed with a trowel. The temperature of the environment significantly affects the working time of the product. The lower the temperature, the longer the working time.
