Deep colorless base for outside and inside. It does not contain solvents and is resistant to alkaline substances. Surface: Mineral plaster, dispersion paint concrete. Surface preparation: The surface must be stable, clean, dry and free of grease, wax, silicon and dust. Base: REFIX Tifgrund ELF must be diluted with water up to 3:1, and painted 1-2x depending on the nature of the surface. Surface layer: REFIX with dispersion for outside and inside.
